Infinitum Resort continue to be committed to excellence in golf with an investment of 7 million euros in the renovation of the Hills course. A key investment to position it as a benchmark in Europe and guarantee the best experience for our golfers, with an optimized design and greater sustainability.
🌱 New turf for a more sustainable pitch
We replaced the current grass in the fairways with Bermuda 419, a more resistant variety adapted to our climate, which will reduce water consumption. We also incorporated Zoissia into the bunker and green collars, following the model successfully implemented on the Lakes course.
⛳ Notable changes on holes 10, 15, 16 and 18
🔹 Hole 10: Goes from 120m to 150m with a new tee location to protect the new car park.
🔹 Holes 15 and 16: The sense of the game is reversed to improve the layout and the experience of the players.
🔹 Hole 18: New island-shaped green, protected by water in front and behind, adding a strategic challenge and a spectacular visual impact.
⚒ Fewer bunkers, more efficiency
We reduced 8 bunkers on the 12th hole to facilitate greenkeeping management and optimize the playing experience.
This transformation of the Hills course not only enhances the playing experience, but also reinforces the clubs commitment to sustainability.
